The program is free to use and delivered as a set up and was developed for a
minimum screen size of 1024X700, it runs with XP or Windows 7/8/10. The program
runs without admin rights, but of course the installation will need to be done with admin rights.
Data from Dart2010 will be took over during the first start.

Curren version is 4.0.2 This version corrects an installation error,
now you don't need admin rights for starting Dart2014 after the installation.
